The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, although a little cool. I loved the outdoor firepits during my autumn stay!

The hotel has one of the biggest and newest properties in the area, delivering a clean and fresh environment. Unique features like an in-house sound system in the conference rooms stood out during my stay, though it did encounter some technical issues.

The hot tub experience was a major letdown. it was closed due to insufficient chlorine, which felt like poor planning. Rooms had a worn-out feel, with issues like a musty smell and insufficient lighting that made for a disappointing atmosphere. Additionally, there were problems such as a leaking shower and unclean towels, along with unaddressed garbage outside, creating an overall impression of neglect.

The hotel had a clean and inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the comfortable beds and its proximity to shopping and dining options, perfect for exploring Cedar Falls.

Unfortunately, the pool area was overcrowded with noisy children, making relaxation a bit challenging. Additionally, towels were lacking in the pool area, which could be improved.

I enjoyed the spacious handicap accessible room with comfortable beds. The staff provided great service, accommodating an early check-in and a late checkout. The room was clean, and the walk-in shower felt fresh. However, the lack of a shower curtain was inconvenient, creating a wet mess after each shower. Additionally, I found remnants of previous guests' belongings in the mini fridge, which raised cleanliness concerns.

The location was fantastic, making it easy for our family to explore nearby attractions. We enjoyed pleasant walks around the wooded areas and found the rooms to be spacious and well-maintained. The staff was approachable, helping us with our needs.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Falls Conference Center was enjoyable! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious and bright, which made us feel relaxed. We also appreciated the clean private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The breakfast offered a tasty selection that was well worth the price.

I just spent a night here and loved the tasty breakfast options and comfy beds, but the room was way too hot for sleeping. Would come back, though!
